RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Leadership – Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of MEP construction projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and schedule.
Stakeholder Coordination – Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including design consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
Procurement & Scheduling – Manage procurement strategies, construction sequencing, and risk mitigation plans.
Site Oversight – Oversee site activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Team Management – Provide leadership to project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and performance excellence.
Reporting & Documentation – Prepare and present regular project reports, progress updates, and issue resolutions to senior management and clients.
Contract & Change Management – Ensure all project documentation, contracts, and change orders are properly managed and executed.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in MEP construction.
