Job summary

MiCiM International is expanding its high‑performing team in Ireland and seeks an experienced MEP Manager to own complex work packages from procurement through to successful completion.

You will lead packaging through procurement, pre‑construction, installation, commissioning, and close‑out, collaborating with contractors, designers, and site teams to ensure seamless integration with the wider project.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex MEP packages from procurement to completion.
• Strong communication with contractors and senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of procurement, design coordination, construction, and commissioning.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and excellence in line with MiCiM values.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage your work package from tender stages through to completion.
• Review scopes, tender documentation, and interface schedules.
• Drive design coordination to meet Employer Requirements and project goals.
• Lead package procurement, conduct interviews, assess bids, and contribute to value engineering.
• Oversee the package contractor’s design deliverables and release schedule.
• Manage H&S, RAMS, quality assurance, and temporary works compliance.
• Coordinate and support commissioning activities with specialist teams.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and technical submissions.
