Job summary

MiCiM International is expanding its high‑performing team in Ireland and seeks an experienced MEP Manager to own complex work packages from procurement through to successful completion.

You will lead packaging through procurement, pre‑construction, installation, commissioning, and close‑out, collaborating with contractors, designers, and site teams to ensure seamless integration with the wider project.

  • Plan and manage your work package from tender stages through to completion.
  • Review scopes, tender documentation, and interface schedules.
  • Drive design coordination to meet Employer Requirements and project goals.
  • Lead package procurement, conduct interviews, assess bids, and contribute to value engineering.
  • Oversee the package contractor’s design deliverables and release schedule.
  • Manage H&S, RAMS, quality assurance, and temporary works compliance.
  • Coordinate and support commissioning activities with specialist teams.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation and technical submissions.

Job description

At MiCiM International we’re expanding our high‑performing team and looking for a talented MEP Manager to take ownership of complex, critical work packages from procurement all the way through to successful completion.

If you’re an experienced engineer with strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for delivering high‑quality projects safely and collaboratively, we’d love to meet you.

As MEP Manager, you’ll lead your package through procurement, pre‑construction, installation, commissioning, and close‑out. You’ll collaborate closely with contractors, designers, and our site teams to ensure your package integrates seamlessly with the wider project.

You will:
  • Prepare, plan and manage your work package from early tender stages through to completion.
  • Review and develop scopes, tender documentation, and interface schedules.
  • Drive design coordination, ensuring all outputs meet Employer Requirements and align with the overarching project.
  • Lead package procurement, conduct interviews, assess bids, and contribute to value engineering.
  • Oversee the Package Contractor’s design deliverables and design release schedule.
  • Manage H&S, quality assurance, RAMS, and temporary works compliance.
  • Coordinate and support commissioning activities with specialist teams.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation, technical submissions, reports and records.
  • Build strong relationships with project stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ensure your package is delivered safely, on program, and to the highest standard.
  • Support lessons learned and handover processes post‑completion
What You Bring:
  • Professional mechanical engineering background with hands‑on project experience.
  • Ability to manage complex packages under pressure with a clear, methodical approach.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with contractors and senior stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of procurement, design coordination, construction processes and commissioning.
