Job summary

Kenton Black is seeking an experienced MEP Design Manager to own the design process on large-scale construction projects in Ireland and Europe. The role focuses on coordinating MEP design activities, leading reviews with consultants and teams, and ensuring compliance with programme and client requirements.

The ideal candidate has a strong MEP systems background, BIM proficiency, and excellent stakeholder management skills to drive value engineering and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Services Engineering or related field is required.
• Proven experience as an MEP Design Manager on large projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, design coordination and BIM.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate MEP design activities across projects.
• Lead design reviews and coordinate consultants, subcontractors and project teams.
• Ensure designs meet programme, quality, compliance and client requirements.
• Drive value engineering, design optimisation and risk mitigation.
