Job summary

Aramark in Cork is seeking a Nutritional & Culinary Administrator to join our team at Hollyhill. You will collect, format, and publish menus across internal platforms, ensuring all nutrition, dietary, and allergen information is current and accurate.

You will work closely with culinary, nutrition, and operational teams, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining thorough documentation and compliance records.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nutrition or a related field.
• Previous administration experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of allergens, dietary requirements, and food safety practices.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Collect, format, edit, and publish menus across internal systems and apps.
• Ensure all menu prices, allergen information, and dietary details are accurate.
• Upload menu images and maintain a database of recipes and photographs.
• Liaise with chefs and culinary teams to gather menu information and verify dish components.
• Support the management and presentation of digital menu platforms.
• Communicate regularly with nutrition and culinary teams to ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide administrative support to the Nutritional Manager and wider business.
• Maintain accurate records for auditing and compliance purposes.
• Assist with team cover and support during periods of leave or increased workload.
