Job summary

Adare & District Memory Care Centre is inviting applications for the role of Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team in Adare, Co. Limerick. You will deliver high-quality, person-centred care, ensuring dignity, respect and compassion in every interaction.

As Named Nurse you will maintain documentation, support residents and families, and work with HIQA standards. A first level registration with NMBI is required, with leadership and teamwork skills to thrive in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care respecting dignity and privacy.
• Act as Named Nurse and maintain documentation.

• Safeguard medications per policy.
• Maintain clear records in line with legislation and standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of HIQA standards and participate in inspections.
• Manage admissions and complete documentation.
• Liaise with healthcare professionals regarding discharge planning.
