Sunrise Senior Living in Ireland is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to design and deliver personalized Life Skills for seniors with memory loss, fostering purpose and meaningful moments. You will lead engaging activities, coordinate groups, and tailor plans based on resident interests and profiles.

The role emphasizes regression to memory challenges, teamwork, and supporting residents with dignity through structured, resident-centered programming. Experience in memory care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities.
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines.
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs.
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities.
• Document participation per quality standards.
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies.
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement.
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities.
