Job summary

WeWork is seeking a Community Associate to be the face of the building, greeting members and guests and supporting the Community Management team. You will help drive events, member engagement, and a warm, collaborative atmosphere across the space.

You will cover the front desk, manage inquiries, and support mailroom and operations. A hospitality background and strong communication skills are highly valued to foster a thriving community at WeWork.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred, but not required.
• 1+ years of hospitality experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Outstanding interpersonal and multitasking abilities are important.
• Integrity, dependability, responsibility, and compassion are valued.

Responsibilities

• Cover the front desk during established business hours as the on-site contact.
• Greet members and guests and assist with inquiries.
• Support events and member engagement activities.
• Assist with mailroom operations and package handling.
• Coordinate with Community Team to ensure smooth building operations.
• Engage with members to foster a welcoming, collaborative environment.
