Job summary

WeWork is seeking a Community Associate to be the face of the building, greet members, and support the Community Management team. You will help build a welcoming community, run events, and ensure daily operations run smoothly.

You will collaborate with the Community Lead and Manager to promote services, engage members, and assist with enterprise locations while upholding WeWork’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• College graduates preferred; four-year degree encouraged.
• 1+ years hospitality experience is desirable.
• Customer service and/or sales experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Interpersonal and multitasking skills are essential.
• Demonstrate integrity, dependability and accountability.
• Passion for entrepreneurial communities and WeWork values.
• Proficient with basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Cover front desk during building hours and be on-site contact.
• Plan and promote events; engage members and drive community engagement.
• Oversee mail room and building operations; manage keys and access.
