Job summary

WeWork Ireland is seeking a Community Lead to elevate the member experience at our location. You will report to the site management and curate events, welcome guests, and ensure WeWork standards are met to drive value for members.

You will manage member relationships, coordinate move-in/out, support the front desk, and collaborate with Sales and Events teams to deliver a welcoming, productive workspace environment for diverse members and Enterprise clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of hospitality experience
  • Proficient local language and understanding of local culture
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask
  • Attentive to detail and manage tasks efficiently
  • Enjoy and thrive at growing relationships

Responsibilities

  • Engage members with quarterly conversations to maximize value and monitor experience.
  • Anticipate member needs and personalize experiences based on interests.
  • Address member feedback and escalate issues per the Medallia system.
  • Support front desk coverage and ensure consistent building operations.
  • Coordinate move-in/move-out activities and member onboarding.
  • Plan and host weekly social events to foster community.
  • Liaise with Sales, Account Management and Events teams as needed.
