MEICA Project Lead – Water & Wastewater Delivery

Job summary

DPS Group Global is seeking an MEICA Project Manager to lead civil, MEICA, and process teams on water and wastewater infrastructure projects in Ireland. You will drive delivery from design through construction, commissioning and handover, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution with a strong safety culture.

You will engage with clients and stakeholders, manage procurement and cashflow, and apply Lean/Last Planner methods while developing junior staff and advancing project performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar MEICA/project management role.
• Extensive knowledge of the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Regulations 2013; certificate in Management Safely preferable.
• Experience managing Civil and MEICA works (concrete, pipelaying, mechanical, electrical).
• Level 8 Honours Degree in Engineering or relevant field.
• Strong communication and client/supplier negotiation abilities.
• Proficient with MS Project and baseline programme updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline MEICA and Civil teams to deliver projects on-time and on-budget.
• Ensure Health, Safety, Environmental & Sustainability standards on-site.
• Collaborate with clients, client representatives and third parties.
• Procure supplies and sub-contracts; manage cashflow and interim payments.
• Provide training, mentoring and development plans for team members.
• Assist with tender opportunities for new projects.
