Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or insurance sector.
• Knowledge of the Irish healthcare system or private practice environment.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and claims in line with the company’s SLAs.
• Review and manage patient claims with accuracy.
• Follow up on unpaid invoices with hospitals, insurers, and patients.
• Ensure claims meet insurer and client requirements.
• Handle insurer and hospital returns, corrections, and queries.
• Respond to internal and external telephone enquiries professionally.
• Respond to daily emails and ticketing system queries within agreed timeframes.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, hospitals, insurers and other stakeholders.
• Attend and participate in training programmes, mentoring junior team members.
• Perform additional duties and projects as required by management.
