Partner Company, listed through Jobgether, is seeking a results-driven Media Buyer specializing in Telegram Ads to manage paid acquisition campaigns in the international iGaming sector. Qualifications

• Experience buying traffic via Telegram Ads, preferably in betting or gambling.
• Knowledge of Telegram advertising platforms and account management.

• Understanding Telegram funnel architecture: channels, bots, WebApps, Mini Apps, direct links.
• Ability to monitor Telegram analytics and scale campaigns via structured testing.

We are looking for a results-driven Media Buyer specializing in Telegram Ads to manage and scale paid acquisition campaigns within the international iGaming industry. In this role, you will be responsible for building reliable traffic acquisition infrastructure, launching performance-driven campaigns, and optimizing advertising investments across multiple markets. You will work with key regions, including the UK, Turkey, Germany, and Spain, helping drive customer acquisition and business growth. You will collaborate closely with technical teams to establish advertising accounts, integrations, and effective campaign processes. Through creative experimentation, audience research, and data-driven optimization, you will identify new opportunities to improve campaign performance. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic international team and contribute directly to the growth of large-scale digital entertainment operations.

Accountabilities

• Build and maintain a reliable Telegram Ads traffic acquisition infrastructure, including establishing and managing a portfolio of advertising accounts.
• Coordinate with technical teams to configure the necessary integrations and ensure smooth campaign operations.
• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize performance marketing campaigns within the betting and gambling vertical.
• Manage advertising campaigns across key international markets, including the United Kingdom, Turkey, Germany, and Spain.
• Oversee campaign performance throughout the advertising lifecycle, including launch preparation, moderation, optimization, and scaling.
• Develop and test creative concepts, advertising messages, keywords, audience interests, and channel targeting strategies.
• Design and implement A/B testing initiatives to evaluate campaign variations and identify opportunities for improved performance.
• Monitor advertising performance and campaign analytics to assess acquisition efficiency and identify optimization opportunities.
• Manage advertising budgets strategically, ensuring effective resource allocation and sustainable campaign growth.
• Develop and optimize Telegram acquisition funnels, including Telegram channels, bots, WebApps, Mini Apps, and direct-link campaigns.
• Monitor channel and bot analytics to understand user behavior, conversion performance, and funnel effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to expand traffic acquisition activities across new audiences, advertising formats, and target markets.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of hands-on experience buying traffic through Telegram Ads, preferably within the betting or gambling industry.
• Good understanding of Telegram advertising platforms and the structure and management of advertising accounts.
• Practical experience with advertising moderation requirements in the gambling vertical, including the ability to prepare appropriate advertising copy and creatives.
• Strong understanding of Telegram funnel architecture, including owned channels, bots, WebApps, Telegram Mini Apps, and direct-link acquisition flows.
• Experience monitoring and interpreting Telegram channel and bot analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to scale advertising campaigns through structured A/B testing, strategic budget management, and continuous performance optimization.
• Understanding of performance marketing principles, campaign metrics, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify performance trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate new advertising hypotheses, test different approaches, and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing multiple campaigns and advertising accounts simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of campaign results, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced international environment.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively alongside technical and marketing teams.
