Job summary

Partner Company, listed through Jobgether, is seeking a results-driven Media Buyer specializing in Telegram Ads to manage paid acquisition campaigns in the international iGaming sector. Based in Ireland, you will build traffic infrastructure, launch performance campaigns and optimize ad spend across markets including UK, Turkey, Germany and Spain.

Qualifications

• Experience buying traffic via Telegram Ads, preferably in betting or gambling.
• Knowledge of Telegram advertising platforms and account management.
• Familiarity with gambling ad moderation and compliant copy/creatives.
• Understanding Telegram funnel architecture: channels, bots, WebApps, Mini Apps, direct links.
• Ability to monitor Telegram analytics and scale campaigns via structured testing.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Telegram Ads traffic infrastructure and multiple advertising accounts.
• Configure integrations with technical teams and ensure smooth operations.
• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns in international markets (UK, Turkey, Germany, Spain).
• Manage budgets and allocate resources for sustainable growth.
• Develop and test creative concepts, keywords, audiences, and targeting strategies.
• Design and implement A/B tests to compare campaign variations and improve performance.
• Track metrics and funnel performance to optimize acquisition efficiency.
• Expand traffic acquisition to new audiences, formats, and markets.
