We are seeking a Mechanical Technician to join our team supporting underground mining operations in Navan, Ireland. Working as part of a small, highly collaborative maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing bulk explosives pumping systems and associated equipment used in underground mining environments.
This is a hands‑on role that requires a strong mechanical background, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently in a safety‑critical environment. While the primary focus is mechanical maintenance, knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, and industrial controls would be highly advantageous.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting equipment reliability, operational uptime, and safe production outcomes while working closely with operational and maintenance stakeholders underground.
