Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is working with a well renowned mechanical contractor in Dublin on residential and commercial projects. The role covers full responsibility for on-site project management, coordinating trades and subcontractors, and reporting to the project manager.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years’ experience in mechanical installations, a plumbing/pipefitting trade qualification, and a track record running large crews on sizeable commercial, industrial, or residential schemes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience on mechanical/plumbing install projects.
• Trade qualification in plumbing/pipefitting.
• Experience on large-scale commercial, industrial or residential projects.
• Capable of running large crews of trades staff and general operatives.

About your new company

We are currently working with a well renowned mechanical contractor that are working on a number of residential and commercial projects in Dublin . The company have a turnover in excess of €45million and take pride in looking after and developing their staff. They have a busy orderbook for the next two years with over €75 Million euro in projects confirmed. They are adding to their site management teams and are looking for chargehands, supervisors and site managers.

About Your New Job

The role will involve the full responsibility of management of the project on site, managing trade staff and subcontractors, ordering materials, taking in deliveries, coordination with builders etc. You will report directly into the project manager on the project. The ideal candidate will have 10 years’ experience working on mechanical install projects.

What you Need

• Capable of running large crews of trades staff and general operatives.
