Sigmar Recruitment is assisting in recruiting a Mechanical Supervisor to oversee mechanical installations on commercial and residential projects across the Greater Dublin area. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will coordinate site teams to deliver works safely, on programme and to required quality standards.

Candidate will have 10+ years’ experience in building services, with a track record as a Mechanical Supervisor or similar, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Formación

• 10+ years’ experience on mechanical building services projects.
• Experience as Mechanical Supervisor, Site Manager or Foreman.
• Experience on residential, commercial or industrial projects.
• The ability to manage site teams, organise workloads and coordinate subcontractors.
• Confidence reading mechanical drawings and resolving site issues.
• Good communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise mechanical installations from first fix through to commissioning.
• Coordinate direct labour, subcontractors and apprentices.
• Plan daily and weekly activities, including labour, materials and deliveries.
• Coordinate works with the Project Manager, design team and main contractor.
• Monitor installation quality, productivity and progress against programme.
• Attend site coordination and progress meetings.
• Resolve technical and installation issues.
• Ensure compliance with site health and safety requirements.

They are now seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to oversee mechanical installations on commercial and residential projects across the Greater Dublin area.

About Your New Job

Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day mechanical installation works, coordinating the site team to deliver safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.

• Supervise mechanical installations from first fix through to commissioning.
• Coordinate direct labour, subcontractors and apprentices.
• Plan daily and weekly activities, including labour, materials and deliveries.
• Coordinate works with the Project Manager, design team and main contractor.

What You’ll Need

• 10+ years’ experience on mechanical building services projects.
• Experience as a Mechanical Supervisor, Site Manager or Foreman. Experienced Chargehands ready to take on greater responsibility will also be considered.
• Experience on residential, commercial or industrial projects.
• The ability to manage site teams, organise workloads and coordinate subcontractors.
• Confidence reading mechanical drawings and resolving site issues.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
