Job summary

GPC - Global Professional Consultants is recruiting an Electrical Package Manager to lead electrical packages on a large-scale Data Centre project in Finland. You will coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to meet programme milestones and ensure compliance with project specifications.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, 5+ years delivering electrical packages on data centre or large-scale projects, and strong leadership and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years delivering electrical packages on large-scale projects such as Data Centres, pharma, industrial or major commercial developments.
• Strong knowledge of MV/LV electrical systems, power distribution, containment, lighting, fire alarm and building services.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of electrical packages across a large-scale Data Centre project.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to meet programme milestones.
• Review technical submissions, drawings, RFIs and procurement schedules.
• Monitor installation progress, quality and compliance with project specifications.
• Work closely with construction, engineering, commissioning and client teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage package budgets, resources and reporting requirements.
• Support testing, commissioning, snagging and handover activities.
• Ensure health & safety, quality and contractual requirements are met.

• Strong knowledge of MV/LV electrical systems, power distribution, containment, lighting, fire alarm, and building services electrical installations.
• Experience managing subcontractors, procurement activities, and project programmes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Eligible to work in the EU.
