Doyle Shipping Group in Dublin Port is seeking a qualified mechanical fitter to join our maintenance team. You will maintain, repair and service equipment such as Tugmasters, RTGs, LHM cranes, forklifts and other heavy plant, applying mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic expertise.

The role operates on a four-day on, four-days off, 12-hour rotating shift. The salary is €45k with shift allowance, and we expect at least 3 years' experience, fluency in English, and a valid driving license.

Qualifications

• Qualified mechanical fitter or mechanic with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Full, clean Category B driving license or equivalent valid in Ireland.
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
• Proven ability to work within a team.

Responsabilités

• Maintain, repair and service equipment in Dublin Port.
• Work with heavy plant: Tugmasters, RTGs, LHM cranes, forklifts and other equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems across scenarios.
• Proactively service equipment as part of the maintenance team.
