Job summary

Elix Sourcing Solutions in Dublin (Cabra) is seeking a Mechanical Fitter to support a busy manufacturing site. You will fault-find, repair a range of mechanical equipment and conveyors, and assist with installation needs while keeping production running.

You will have access to first-class training, a strong benefits package, and clear progression within a multisite group. Commutable to Dublin with a hands-on mindset is preferred.

Qualifications

• Mechanical fault finding and repair experience required.

Responsibilities

Are you a mechanical technician/fitter looking for an exciting new role that gives you exposure to a variety production equipment? Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a mechanical fitter to join the team in Dublin. The successful applicant will have access to an excellent training program that will enable them to develop within the team and enhance their skillset. You will be servicing one of the groups main sites with the team (and alone once trained) and will be responsible for fault finding and repairing a variety of mechanical equipment, conveyors, machinery and facilities/building work. You will diagnose issues, order parts if needed, deal with preventive maintenance enhancing machine optimisation and carry out installation requirements, SOP training and administrative duties.
