  • Manage a defined customer portfolio, planning and completing inspections within agreed timeframes.
  • Identify, assess and report risks to Underwriters and Policyholders, supporting effective risk management decisions.
  • Produce clear, accurate inspection reports on site using Aviva’s digital inspection systems.
Skills & Experience
  • Relevant engineering qualification (minimum Level 6) supported by practical experience.
  • Passenger lift experience or qualified electrician would be advantageous.
  • Strong technical knowledge of defects, failure modes, damage and deterioration mechanisms.
  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships and prioritise work to meet statutory deadlines.
  • Full clean driving licence and confidence using digital systems, including Microsoft Office.
