Aviva plc in Ireland is seeking a customer-focused administrator to join the Existing Business Claims team. You will support customers with savings policy transactions, including full and partial encashments and maturities, while delivering accurate and timely outcomes in a collaborative environment.

Join the Existing Business Claims team, supporting customers with a range of savings policy transactions including full and partial encashments and policy maturities.
Learn and carry out a variety of administration processes, delivering accurate and timely outcomes for customers while maintaining high service standards.
Maintain a strong focus on risk and controls, ensuring errors and complaints are logged, investigated and resolved within agreed timescales.
Identify root causes of issues and support continuous improvement activities to help reduce repeat errors and enhance customer outcomes.
Support colleagues and Team Leaders with urgent, complex or high-priority cases as required.
Strong customer service focus with a commitment to delivering positive customer outcomes.
Excellent communication and listening skills, with confidence speaking to customers and colleagues over the phone.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
Strong team-working skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
A proactive approach to identifying process improvements and increasing efficiency. Knowledge of savings and investment products would be an advantage but is not essential.

The expected pay range for this role will fall between €32,000 and €36,000 and salary offered willcommensurate with candidate'slevel of skills and experience.
