Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in building services/mechanical engineering is required.
• 5+ years engineering/design experience in Mech/HVAC systems is required.
• Navisworks in a BIM environment is preferred.
• Excellent English, written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Organize and delegate engineering tasks to produce construction documents with the team.
• Manage scope, budget and schedule to meet project goals.
• Coordinate with electrical, structural, architectural and process disciplines.
• Lead plant design activities as an area/system leader.
• Perform Mech/HVAC design in 2D/3D integrated design systems.
• Review submittals for conformance with contract and design documents.
• Provide guidance to project engineers and designers on a project basis.
• Maintain strong communication and meet deadlines in a fast-paced team.
