• Strong understanding of both mechanical and electrical systems in vehicles.
• Full, valid driver’s licence.
• Great Organisational Skills.
• Legible and Accurate paperwork skills.

Overview

SSO Personnel are seeking to hire a Workshop Mechanic to work with one of large commercial clients in Sligo.

As a Workshop Mechanic, you'll be responsible for carrying out repairs, maintenance, and servicing on customer vehicles, making sure everything is done to a high standard and on time.

• Carrying out service, maintenance, and repair work on vehicles, following manufacturer guidelines
• Inspecting vehicles and diagnosing any issues
• Logging all work, parts used, and time spent through our internal systems
• Keeping the workshop clean, organised, and safe to work in
• Responding to any questions related to the work you\'ve done
• Taking on other tasks as needed, as directed by the Service Manager
