Job summary

Spirit Motor Group is hiring a Fully Trained Master Technician for their Ford Store in South Dublin. In this role, you will perform diagnostics and repairs to the highest standards while mentoring junior technicians. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with vehicle diagnostics and electric systems, alongside a clean driver’s licence. Additionally, various annual leave and training benefits are offered.

Your role will involve using the latest diagnostic equipment and ensuring outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in vehicle diagnostics, electrical systems, and hybrid/electric vehicles.
• Ability to mentor and support junior technicians.
• An organised, flexible team player with strong problem-solving skills.
• Hold a full clean driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out advanced diagnostics, repairs, and servicing to Ford Master Technician standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other workshop colleagues.
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to the highest manufacturer standards.
• Use the latest Ford diagnostic and repair equipment to resolve complex issues.
• Complete service documentation in line with warranty and dealer requirements.
• Work closely with the Aftersales team to deliver outstanding customer service.

We are seeking a Fully Trained Master Technician for our Ford Store in Spirit Ford South Dublin who are fully authorised to live and work in Ireland without restriction.

Main Responsibilities
