The role emphasizes modern vehicle systems, including hybrid and electric tech, with a 4‑day work week and strong customer-focused service. Onsite, permanent position in a dynamic, growing team.

Qualifications

  • Fully qualified Motor Vehicle Technician (Level 6 or equivalent).
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding experience; experience with our franchises (Ford, Peugeot, MG) is desirable.
  • Expertise in modern vehicle systems including hybrid and electric vehicles.
  • Logical, methodical approach to diagnostics and repair.
  • Flexible, organised, and collaborative team player.
  • Full clean driver’s licence.
  • Fluent English.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose faults using diagnostic tools and systems.
  • Carry out servicing, repairs, and electrical work to manufacturer standards.
  • Work efficiently to complete tasks to a high standard within agreed timeframes.
  • Accurately complete job cards and warranty paperwork.
  • Collaborate with Service Advisors and Parts Department.
  • Perform health checks and highlight additional work required.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace.
  • Provide clear updates on vehicle progress to customers when required.

Job Summary
