Aramark Ireland is seeking a Data Administrator to join the Master Data Management team in the IT department at our Head Office in Dublin. The role focuses on maintaining accuracy and quality of master data across core systems, with responsibility for Oracle and related field systems.

This hybrid position requires attendance at the Dublin office three days per week and involves collaboration with multiple departments, process improvements, and user guidance on best practices.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of two years' experience working within or supporting ERP applications.
• Excellent attention to detail with focus on customer/end-user service and solution delivery.
• Experience with change management processes.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, enterprise applications, financial processes, complex data structures, and reporting solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve complex data issues.
• Experience with master data, data governance, or data quality processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across multiple business functions.
• Experience working within a ticketing or workflow management environment.

Aufgaben

• Conduct data input activities, through manual entry and via integrated applications to relevant systems.
• Perform maintenance, validation, and integrity checks on data across business functions.
• Support the line manager in maintaining data quality through scheduled reviews, reporting, and root cause analysis.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and data quality enhancements with stakeholders.
• Deliver high standard of customer service, managing requests through ServiceNow.
• Assist with creation, maintenance, and distribution of process documentation and user guidance materials.
• Provide guidance and training to users on master data processes and best practices.
• Support audit and compliance requirements by maintaining accurate records and controls.
• Assist with new system implementations, enhancements, and project testing (UAT, validation, changes).
