Job summary

Baycal Limited is seeking a full-time Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team in Dublin. You will generate new business and drive enrolments for our training academy, while developing campaigns for new and existing customers.

You will analyse customer behaviour and market data to inform sales strategy, manage the sales cycle from enquiry to enrolment, and upsell to existing customers. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development or marketing.
• Experience in lead generation and client account management.
• Ability to analyse sales data and prepare reports.
• Excellent oral and written communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
