Job summary

The People Group in Rathcoole, Dublin is seeking a Marketing Executive to drive hands-on digital marketing, content creation, ecommerce and product marketing. You will grow our online presence, create campaigns and work with Sales to translate insights into growth.

The role requires strong copywriting, SEO, analytics and experience with CMS/ecommerce and design tools. You will use AI to improve content and efficiency and collaborate across teams onsite.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing, SEO, email, and social media.
• Experience with websites, CMS or e-commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and marketing tech.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Create content for email, social media, website, brochures, and sales materials.
• Manage website content, product listings, promotions, and ecommerce updates.
• Plan and manage social media content and campaigns.
• Support new product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with Sales on key account marketing and opportunities.
• Use analytics to identify opportunities and guide actions.
• Monitor performance with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Hotjar.
• Support SEO, website improvements, and online conversion.
• Create product photography, graphics and video content.
