Job summary

The People Group in Rathcoole, Dublin is seeking a Marketing Executive to drive hands-on digital marketing, content creation, ecommerce and product marketing. You will grow our online presence, create campaigns and work with Sales to translate insights into growth.

The role requires strong copywriting, SEO, analytics and experience with CMS/ecommerce and design tools. You will use AI to improve content and efficiency and collaborate across teams onsite.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, SEO, email, and social media.
  • Experience with websites, CMS or e-commerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and marketing tech.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

Responsibilities

  • Create content for email, social media, website, brochures, and sales materials.
  • Manage website content, product listings, promotions, and ecommerce updates.
  • Plan and manage social media content and campaigns.
  • Support new product launches and promotional campaigns.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and commercially minded Marketing Executive to join a hands on marketing team in Rathcoole, Dublin.

This is a hands-on role covering digital marketing, content creation, e-commerce, social media and product marketing. You will help manage our digital presence, create engaging marketing campaigns, support new product launches and work closely with our Sales team to turn customer and sales insights into marketing activity that drives growth. You will also have the opportunity to use AI and emerging marketing tools to improve content creation, analysis and marketing efficiency.

What You’ll Do
  • Create content for email, social media, website, brochures, presentations and sales materials.
  • Manage website content, product listings, promotions and e-commerce updates.
  • Plan and manage social media content and campaigns.
  • Support new product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Work with the Sales team on key account marketing and customer opportunities.
  • Use sales and marketing data to identify opportunities and recommend actions.
  • Monitor website and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush and Hotjar.
  • Support SEO, website improvements and online conversion.
  • Create and coordinate product photography, graphics and video content.
  • Use AI tools to support content, research, reporting and marketing workflows.
About You
  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing, social media, email marketing and SEO.
  • Experience working with websites, CMS or ecommerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with analytics and digital marketing tools.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite & Canva.
  • Strong organisation, attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Commercial mindset with an interest in using marketing to drive customer engagement and sales.
  • Interest in AI and new marketing technologies.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
