Job summary

Lex Consultancy Recruitment is seeking a Marketing & Events Coordinator to join our established team on a three-month temporary contract in Dublin. The role focuses on planning and delivering events and coordinating email marketing campaigns, with onsite support during training and the option to work from home two days per week after training.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years’ experience in event coordination, strong email marketing experience, and outstanding organisational and communication

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in event coordination or event management in a corporate setting.
• Experience coordinating email marketing campaigns and managing mailing lists.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate events from start to finish, including planning, logistics and on-site delivery.
• Assist with the planning, creation and delivery of email marketing campaigns, including managing lists and tracking performance.
• Provide general marketing support and coordinate related administration tasks for the team.
