Job summary

XOCEAN is an ocean data company using Uncrewed Surface Vessels (USV). This role ensures the successful global execution of assigned short-term projects, from commercial handover to close-out, with daily operational oversight.

The candidate should have 3+ years in project or operations management, strong client relations, fluent business English, and a Bachelor’s degree. Experience in marine, construction, renewables, or oil & gas is a plus; visa to work in Ireland required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years in project or operations management where execution at pace was required.
• Fluent business English.
• Experience in construction, renewables, or oil & gas.
• Experience in the marine sector would be an advantage.
• Holder of additional project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or CMI.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with internal and external project stakeholders on planning and execution.
• Developing project plans and budgets.
• Resource planning and overseeing daily project activities.
• Maintaining project records and paperwork.
• Sourcing external contractors as required by the project.
• Ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
• Providing project updates and reporting on performance.
