Job summary

Sanofi in Waterford is offering an Integrated Manufacturing Systems Intern position. You will join the team on-site and gain hands-on experience with the systems and technology that support our Waterford site daily.

You will work with experienced colleagues to resolve day-to-day queries, assist with documentation, manage user access, and contribute to improvements across the team while receiving training and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day system queries and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain and support systems used across the Waterford site.
• Assist with user access requests and system administration.
• Update and maintain system, process and project documentation.
• Collaborate with IT, Digital and Automation teams on support activities.
• Contribute ideas to improve existing processes and ways of working.
• Assist with adoption of new digital and automation solutions.
