We are seeking a Manufacturing Systems Analyst to support business-critical manufacturing, laboratory and quality systems within a regulated medical device environment. The role will provide hands-on systems support, coordinate incident resolution, support local applications and SAP users, and contribute to cybersecurity, compliance and technology projects across the site.
Please note this is an initial 12-month subcontracting opportunity
Key Responsibilities
- Support production-critical manufacturing, laboratory and quality systems.
- Troubleshoot application, workstation, server, access and connectivity issues and coordinate resolution of major incidents.
- Provide L0/L1 SAP support and liaise with central application teams.
- Support integrations between manufacturing equipment, laboratory instruments, ERP and business applications.
- Own/support site-specific applications, including vendor coordination, lifecycle management and documentation.
- Support cybersecurity remediation, vulnerability management, access reviews and technology refresh activities.
- Maintain systems in line with regulatory, quality and cybersecurity requirements.
- Support system upgrades, migrations, deployments, testing and validation activities.
- Participate in shutdowns, maintenance windows, disaster recovery and business continuity activities.
- Work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, IT/BTS, Cybersecurity and third-party vendors.
Experience & Skills
- 3+ years' experience supporting enterprise, manufacturing or operational technology systems.
- Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, life sciences or another regulated manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
- Windows administration/troubleshooting and Active Directory/access management.
- Application installation, configuration and support.
- Good understanding of networking, servers, workstations and endpoints.
- ERP experience; SAP preferred.
- Experience with incident/problem management and production-critical systems.
- Exposure to cybersecurity remediation and compliance activities.
- Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred.
