Job summary

Cpl Group is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Specialist to join our client in Cork. The role focuses on ensuring efficient, compliant, and cost-effective movement of materials across the end-to-end supply chain, including logistics, procurement, inventory management, and planning.

You will support day-to-day operations and continuous improvement initiatives, coordinating transport, maintaining ERP data, and contributing to KPI reporting to drive performance.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Business or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, or planning roles.
  • Proven ability to problem-solve and drive process improvements.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Understand full supply chain from materials sourcing to delivery.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound transport for timely shipment.
  • Primary contact for logistics partners and shipment planning.
  • Prepare shipping, customs and export documentation for regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor inventory levels, ERP master data, and stock movements.
  • Support warehouse and dispatch operations to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Contribute to supply planning aligning inventory with production and demand.
  • Develop KPI reporting to track supply chain performance.
