Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Manufacturing Scheduling Specialist to join the Supply Chain Planning team in Raheen, Limerick. You will provide daily, weekly and monthly schedules to enable production to meet plan and coordinate scheduling activities across manufacturing and non-manufacturing groups.

The role requires a BS/BA in Science or Engineering and 2 years of related experience; an MS in a similar field is preferred.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA in Science or Engineering required; MS preferred.
  • 2 years of related scheduling or planning experience.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Providing daily, weekly and monthly schedules to enable production to meet plan.
  • Assisting in the coordination of scheduling activities with manufacturing and non-manufacturing groups.
  • Providing the appropriate level of detail to the BPS to complete the job safely.
  • Facilitating daily planning and scheduling meetings with Manufacturing and supporting functions.
  • Liaising between Maintenance, Process Utilities, Engineering and Manufacturing to complete maintenance and repair activities.
  • Screening incoming work orders, defining scope and planning requirements.
  • Collecting and analyzing data on process durations and operator efficiencies to understand delays.
  • Creating data models using spreadsheets, code, or other relevant methods.
  • Assisting in capacity planning decisions.
  • Improving communication between shifts and process areas.
  • Assisting with scheduled start-up and shutdown project plans.

When & where:
  • Location: Raheen, Limerick
What you’ll do:
  • Providing daily, weekly and monthly schedules to enable production to meet plan
  • Assisting in the coordination of scheduling activities with both manufacturing and non-manufacturing groups
  • Providing the BPS with the appropriate level of detail in order to complete the job safely
  • Facilitating the daily Planning and Scheduling meetings with Manufacturing and supporting functions
  • Acting as the principle liaison between Maintenance, Process Utilities, Engineering, and Manufacturing to complete maintenance and repair activities
  • Initial screening of incoming work orders, priority of job, identification of scope, and analysis of the required level of planning
  • Performing data collection and analysis related to process durations, operator efficiencies, and characterizing scheduling delays
  • Creating data models using spreadsheets, code, or other relevant methods
  • Assisting in capacity planning decisions
  • Assisting in improving communication between different shifts, process areas, and levels of the organization
  • Assisting with the creation of scheduled start-up & shutdown project plans
