Job summary

Regeneron Ireland is seeking a data-focused professional to support manufacturing operations by collecting, cleansing, and presenting data and metrics. You will work with multiple functions to collate KPI data for Raheen manufacturing, and you will help maintain/upkeep of trackers and shift rosters as needed.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA in Science, IT, Computers, Engineering or Communications; relevant experience may substitute for education.
  • Strong data handling and data integrity awareness required.
  • Experience with manufacturing data and KPI reporting is a plus.

Job description

Within this role you will perform tasks related to the support of manufacturing operations (Large Scale & Sub-Suites); primarily the tracking, collation, analysis and presentation of manufacturing operations data & metrics by liaising with all manufacturing functions and other departments to collate and track relevant data.

A typical day might include, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Collating data/KPI metrics from multiple sources both internally & externally (including EHS, HR, QC Finance, QA) for manufacturing operations
  • Compiling the data into charts, spreadsheets, and scorecards or other formats as required
  • Preparing presentations on the compiled data and presenting this data at relevant departmental meetings
  • Managing the collation and upkeep of all trackers and spreadsheets related to headcount resources within manufacturing operations
  • Participating in headcount resource planning activities to understand source data and reports
  • Tracking the status of QC testing and QA disposition of batches manufactured in Raheen
  • Assisting managers in developing a continuous improvement culture within manufacturing operations
  • Working with the manufacturing management team and support groups to create and maintain visual management programs for key business metrics
  • Maintaining manufacturing operations organizational charts
  • Acting as the point of contact for manufacturing data across cross-functional departments such as supply chain, finance, and QA disposition
  • Developing, maintaining, and issuing shift rosters and associated materials
  • Assisting in preparing communication materials for internal use within manufacturing
  • Maintaining the manufacturing intranet/SharePoint (or equivalent) and all associated materials
Qualifications

To be considered for this opportunity you should hold a BS/BA in Science, IT, Computers, Engineering or Communications; however, relevant experience may be considered as a substitute for the educational requirement.
