Job summary

AbbVie Cork are seeking a Manufacturing Coordinator to join the Operations Team. The role supports the Production Manager in daily operations with a focus on planning, KPI delivery, project work and SAP administration.

It is a Fixed Term Contract until December 2027. Responsibilities include coordinating the manufacturing schedule with Supply Chain, acting as SAP key user, monitoring inventory, managing BOMs and batch records, and driving Lean Six Sigma initiatives while embedding quality across

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in operations, manufacturing, or production.
• Strong SAP expertise.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the manufacturing schedule with Supply Chain.
• Lead SAP administration, process optimization and user guidance.
• Monitor production inventory in SAP to support material planning.
• Manage BOM creation, batch records, and product changes.
• Oversee production deviation systems and implement CAPAs.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives in Production.
• Ensure compliance with quality requirements and standards.
