NovintiX in Cork, Ireland seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to provide technical leadership across the site and act as SME in engineering, automation, or business processes. You will partner with management to deliver the future‑state strategy and champion Lean manufacturing.

The role requires 4+ years of manufacturing experience, MedTech exposure, and hands‑on leadership to drive cross‑functional projects, process improvements, and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Minimum of 4 years’ manufacturing experience, ideally in MedTech.
• Experience in CNC programming on DMG/Mazak or similar equipment.
• Proven project management experience delivering business‑critical projects.
• Hands‑on troubleshooting of production processes with ownership mindset.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and engage stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to the Engineering functional strategy and site roadmap.
• Provide support for manufacturing equipment on the floor and optimize usage.
• Champion operational excellence and lean initiatives across the site.
• Benchmark and implement industry best practices and standardised processes.
• Coordinate across units, vendors, and leaders to meet cost, time, quality, and regulatory needs.
• Communicate with partners to resolve process and product issues and guide projects.
