Job summary

Noel Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician for a client’s manufacturing facility in Co Meath. Work is onsite with occasional extra hours during peak production seasons, primarily daytime hours, Monday to Friday. The role requires a recognised trade qualification and manufacturing experience.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, calibrate equipment and manage planned shutdowns while ensuring safety and reliability of production lines.

Qualifications

• Qualified electrician in Ireland with manufacturing experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
• Sound knowledge of PLC systems, diagnostics and programming.
• Familiarity with conveyor systems, elevators and screening equipment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance support to ensure production processes run efficiently.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Complete routine fabrication and mechanical tasks as assigned.
• Conduct inspections and testing to verify machinery operates safely and effectively.
• Adjust, configure and calibrate equipment to maintain performance.
• Coordinate and oversee planned maintenance shutdowns per schedule.
