Job summary

Noel Group in Ireland is seeking a Maintenance Manager based in Co Westmeath to lead the maintenance department and drive operational excellence across the plant. You will manage Toolmakers, Fitters, Welders, Facilities staff and maintenance administration, overseeing PPM and KPI achievements.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of management experience in metal manufacturing, and the role requires day–night shift coverage on a Monday to Friday schedule, with resident living in Westmeath or nearby

Qualifications

• 3+ years management experience.
• Previous experience in a metal manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and implementing maintenance strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Maintenance Department and drive operational excellence.
• Develop and implement a robust Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) strategy.
• Drive continuous improvement and achieve maintenance KPIs.
• Control maintenance expenditure and develop cost-effective plans.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure H&S and environmental standards compliance.
• Manage uptime reporting, data analysis, and daily performance tracking.
