Job summary

Omni, the AI analytics platform, is seeking a Managing Architect to join our Professional Services team in Dublin. You will lead complex technical engagements, serve as a trusted advisor to customers, and partner with Sales and delivery teams from pre-sales scoping through implementation and expansion.

You will scope, sell, and deliver projects across internal BI and embedded analytics, own delivery outcomes, and identify product gaps.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical consulting / project management in the data space.
• Hands-on expertise in data engineering and BI tools.
• Ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience across the full project lifecycle from positioning and scoping through to execution.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the deep technical expert to solve complex data problems while defining best practices and design patterns for the Omni platform.
• Provide insight and guidance on how to leverage Omni’s AI features to maximise impact of the platform.
• Manage a portfolio of primarily Enterprise customers, overseeing scoping, resource allocation, and delivery approach.
• Act as the primary customer-facing technical contact, building strong, long-term relationships.
• Drive project results by managing consulting and delivery partners, ensuring alignment across all workstreams.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to translate frontline customer feedback into actionable product direction.

About the Role

We are seeking a Managing Architect to join our Professional Services team, helping customers get to value faster while driving successful outcomes across the customer lifecycle. You will lead complex technical engagements, serve as a trusted advisor to customers, and partner closely with Sales and delivery partners from pre-sales scoping through implementation and expansion.

In this role, you will scope, sell, and deliver projects across a range of complexity, including internal BI and embedded analytics initiatives. You will own delivery outcomes, advocate for customers, and identify challenges and product gaps, partnering with internal teams to address them. Your insights will help shape product direction, strengthen the customer experience, and create opportunities for continued growth.

About You

• 7+ years in technical consulting / project management, ideally in the data space

• Deep hands‑on expertise in data engineering and BI tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Mode), with a specific mastery of semantic layers like Omni or Looker.

• Ability to bridge the gap between technical and non‑technical audiences while thriving in fast‑paced, collaborative, and evolving environments.

• Experience across the full project lifecycle from positioning and scoping through to execution, ideally as a consultant.

A typical day for you at Omni:

• 30% Pre‑sales technical support & scoping

• 40% Hands‑on customer delivery

• 30% Internal best practices and ecosystem support

Location:

This is a hybrid role for candidates based in Dublin (3 days per week in‑office). Candidates based in the UK will work remotely.
