PGIM Ireland, the real estate arm of Prudential Financial, seeks a Real Estate Fund Accounting Manager to lead accounting and reporting for assigned portfolios from the Letterkenny discipline. The role emphasizes timely financial statements, performance returns, and investor reporting, with 2 days on-site weekly.
The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in financial accounting within real estate, strong Excel skills, and ability to coordinate across legal, policy, and asset management teams.
The Real Estate Fund Accounting Manager, will be a member of the Fund Operations team that services and supports PGIM Real Estate in the accounting and reporting of real estate investments acquired within PGIM Real Estate’s domestic portfolios. The Manager will be primarily accountable for the accurate and timely accounting and reporting for their assigned portfolios. This position will be a key point of contact for all business and other functional teams as it relates to their assigned portfolios. This role will be based in our Letterkenny office, 2 days on site a week.
