Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Manager, Enterprise Application Engineering to build and lead the engineering team behind Harvey's internal business systems. You will stay hands-on, design systems, and anchor BizTech in EMEA as the first leadership role in Dublin.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of engineering management experience and 7+ years of hands-on enterprise application or internal platform engineering.
• Hands-on depth in Python, TypeScript, Go, or similar; proven ability to design and operate API-based integrations between business systems.
• Working knowledge of the enterprise SaaS landscape (CRM, HRIS, ERP, IdP, Marketing automation, support/CX platforms).
• Demonstrated experience applying LLMs or AI agents to real production problems with clear guardrails and evaluation.
• Track record of hiring and developing engineers, raising the technical bar on a team.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management, especially with non-technical teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Dublin-based team of Enterprise Application Engineers and AI Enablement Engineers.
• Stay hands-on—design systems, review code, write integrations, unblock production issues.
• Own the internal application layer across core platforms (Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Okta, Marketo, Zendesk, etc.).
• Drive AI enablement by building connectors, guardrails, and enablement for Harvey’s teams.
• Partner with Finance, People, GTM, Marketing, Customer Experience, Legal, and Workplace leaders to translate business problems into engineering work.
• Establish scalable engineering standards for writing, testing, deploying, documenting, and monitoring builds.
• Anchor BizTech in EMEA with senior presence and overlap with US stakeholders.
• Make build-vs-buy decisions considering cost, security, and maintenance.
