Job summary

Brightwater Recruitment is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a beverage manufacturer in Kildare. You will maintain equipment, perform troubleshooting, and support continuous improvement within a highly regulated environment.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance, a fitting or mechatronics qualification, and PLC/SCADA knowledge. You will log work in CMMS and contribute to RCA and PM improvements. A competitive package includes pension, healthcare, and a discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in manufacturing maintenance.
• Qualification in fitting or mechatronics.
• PLC/SCADA knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment and troubleshoot in line with standards.
• Minimise downtime via effective RCA.
• Improve preventative maintenance programmes.
• Mechanical repairs to PLC-controlled equipment (pneumatic/hydraulic).
• Log work in CMMS and handle additional duties as needed.
