Job summary

Haleon is seeking a site Maintenance Technician to ensure production equipment is well-maintained and available to meet site goals. You will diagnose faults, implement corrective and preventive actions, and contribute to continuous improvement while adhering to GMP, safety, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Engineering Apprenticeship or NVQ in engineering is required.
• BTEC or C&G accreditation (or similar) is required.
• ONC or HNC in engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow safe engineering practices (LOTO, PTW, risk assessments).
• Diagnose and rectify faults to minimize MTTR and ensure timely repairs.
• Perform corrective and planned maintenance tasks and close works orders.
• Assist with improvement projects to reduce breakdowns and update maintenance docs.
• Cascade knowledge within the team and support transfer of information to Production Engineers.
