Job summary

Noel Group in Ireland is seeking a Maintenance Manager responsible for leading a growing team at our Westmeath site. You will prioritise maintenance against daily production needs, drive a robust PPM program, and steer ongoing improvements across uptime, safety, and compliance.

You will mentor technicians, manage costs and documentation, and ensure adherence to IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and related standards while working a rotating shift pattern from day to night, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a maintenance technician or toolmaker.
• 3+ years management experience.
• Experience in a metal manufacturing environment.
• Ability to operate on rotating shifts - day, evening, night on a Monday to Friday basis.
• Resident in Westmeath or surrounding areas with own transport.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise maintenance and repairs in line with production requirements.

• Manage uptime reporting, data analysis, and daily performance graphing.
