Job summary

Haleon in Ireland is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to drive daily maintenance activities across the value stream, lead technicians and apprentices, and ensure reliable equipment performance. You will develop teams and manage training, ensuring work aligns with EHS and GMP standards while advancing continuous improvement projects and uptime targets across the site.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Leaving Certification or equivalent qualification within a recognized Engineering Trade (City and Guilds or equivalent).
• Preferred education: Third level qualification in Engineering.
• Detailed knowledge of Packaging/Manufacturing/NRT Process environment maintenance function.
• OE Green Belt qualification

Responsibilities

• Lead day to day maintenance activities within the department, manage the technician teams and apprentices.
• Ensure technician training & development takes place and is maintained.
• Ensure all activities are carried out according to best EHS and GMP practices.
• Deliver all Maintenance Metrics (Service, EHS, Quality, Value).
• RCA / Failure Analysis for all significant issues completed by technician teams.
