Job summary

CREGG is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Engineering Manager or Senior Maintenance Engineer to drive upkeep and improvements of injection moulding and production equipment in our Munster-based manufacturing facility. You will own preventive and reactive maintenance, oversee repairs, fault finding, and equipment upgrades.

This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on Maintenance Engineering Manager or Senior Maintenance Engineer to join a growing industrial manufacturing business and play a key role in the development of its engineering and production operations.

This is a hands-on, production-floor-focused role with responsibility for maintaining and improving injection moulding and production equipment, increasing machine reliability and driving continuous improvement.

The Role

The Maintenance Engineering Manager will take ownership of preventative and reactive maintenance, machine repairs, fault finding and root-cause analysis, as well as machine upgrades, modifications and equipment improvements. The Maintenance Engineering Manager will work closely with injection moulding, tooling, automation and robotic equipment to improve uptime, efficiency and overall production performance.

The Maintenance Engineering Managerwill also use machine and production data to identify improvement opportunities, develop maintenance processes and procedures, and lead, support and develop the engineering/maintenance team.
