Job summary

Wills Consultants is seeking a skilled Engineer to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability on site in Ireland. You will support the Shift Manager, lead site stoppages and attend customer meetings.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or multi-skilled issues, conduct technical audits, and mentor technicians to promote a strong safety culture on diverse industrial sites.

Qualifications

• ONC/HNC or Full B-Tech in Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with conveyors, sorters, cranes, robotics, and PLC/control systems.
• Leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-focused mindset.
• Knowledge of CMMS/PPM processes and health & safety regulations.

Shifts: Monday to Friday (Days, Afternoon, Nights) 1 in 3 Sunday
